Todd Holmes, who actively manages Ace Goerig's practice in Olympia Washington, has 18 years of business experience in marketing and office administration with Hallmark Cards along with 10 + years of experience working with Endodontists in the US and Canada. He personally takes care of each and every client.

Todd is a credible Coach for the entire office. When he’s not working with offices in the Coaching Program, he does what your front staff does: books appointments, calls insurance companies, discusses fees with patients, manages accounts receivable, checks patients in and out, ensures that our marketing program is developed and implemented, tracks practice performance and deals with the other daily issues that come up. In addition, he is responsible for managing the staff.

Based on his Endodontic office management experience, combined with his personal experience with over 165 practices across the U.S. and Canada, including both multiple and single doctor practices, he knows how to quickly identify and eliminate inefficiencies in an Endodontic office. Identifying and correcting small inefficiencies in a practice can lead to dramatic increases in production and stress reduction. No other practice management organization can offer you a support person with this type of experience.

Todd Holmes visits your practice to observe your office on a working day, using this observation to complete a thorough practice analysis and to develop recommendations that will take your practice to the next level! He reviews every aspect of your business, looking for irregularities as they relate to our own, as well as to the other practices that have worked with us. He then meets with you to discuss his findings and conducts an on-site training session with you and your staff to address the changes that he recommends that you make and that you agree to. His analysis and recommendations will focus on every business system essential to making the practice run smoother ...... scheduling, verbal skills, customer service, marketing, collections, stress reduction, your profit and loss statement .... everything!

They can call Ace to discuss clinical and practice issues anytime.

How is our fee structured?

The initial enrollment fee for the year-long Coaching program is your only non-increase in efficiency and production commitment to the program if you choose this fee option. This enrollment fee includes my initial office observation and analysis, the training session and all of the business system material outlined above, as well as ongoing execution support for 12 months. It also includes my travel to your office for the initial visit.

The remainder of our fee is paid only if the business systems we put in place help you move to the next level, based on your individual goals. The fee is tied to your actual increase in average daily production and will be collected over the 12 month period of the program. This type of structure means that you are covering our fee with dollars that you are earning incrementally, versus having to take it from existing funds, with no guarantee that the program will work for you.

If you don’t produce more in less time and with less stress, we don’t get paid. Your only risk is your initial investment that will be more than offset by the office visit and analysis, training session, the materials that we bring to your office and the ongoing support.

Why are we doing this type of fee structure? Well………

We simply want to remove what we feel is a barrier, to some, for getting an objective, outside perspective on their business and discovering ways to move to the next level. You work hard for your money and, when you invest it, you want assurances that there will be a return on your investment. 

Other than mailings on our seminars, we do not advertise heavily and seminars might not be your bag. We have also been told by Endodontists that many of you don’t even know that we exist and that we have been around for more than 10 years.
