About Endo Practice Mastery

The company was founded in 1997 based on a desire to provide practicing Endodontists, as well as Endodontists opening new practices, with a business system model unique to the efficient and consistently productive Endodontic practice and based on an actual working model.

Dr. Ace Goerig teamed up with Todd Holmes to formalize and put sharable context around his successful office model. Using Todd’s business knowledge, modules focusing on Marketing, Scheduling, Patient Flow, Managing Practice Finances, Customer Service and General Office Management were developed.

Endo Practice Mastery’s mission is to now provide Endodontists who have a commitment to improving their practices with this business model. Doctors can use this model in combination with their ideas in order to take the business side of their practice to the next level. Understanding how to simply manage the business side of the practice allows Endodontists to focus on the aspects of the practice that they enjoy....the clinical!

Dr. Ace Goerig
	Dr. Albert (Ace) Goerig is a nationally known speaker who has lectured extensively in his field of Endodontics and practice management to dentists throughout the United States, Canada and abroad. He has authored over 50 articles and is a contributing author to the following textbooks: Pathways of the Pulp, Ingle’s Endodontics, and Practical Endodontics. Dr. Goerig is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics and a Fellow of both the American and International College of Dentists. He has been involved in teaching both Endodontic and general dentistry residents for many years. He is in private dental practice in Olympia, Washington specializing in Endodontics.
Todd Holmes
	Before co-founding Endo Practice Mastery, Todd spent 19 years with Hallmark Cards. He held Senior Management positions in Marketing and Office Administration. During his tenure at Hallmark, Todd furthered his knowledge of business systems by attending courses at Wharton Business School and the University of Michigan Business School. Since 1997, Todd has worked one-on-one with over 165 Endodontic practices in the U.S. and Canada.  Based on his personal experience with these offices, he is the foremost authority on the business of Endodontics in the country. When he is not on the road working with offices around the country, he actively manages Ace's office.
