  COACHING PROGRAM - CONDENSED VERSION

Over the last 13 years, many Endodontists have spoken to us about offering a program that included a complete office business system analysis, on site training in areas identified as "areas of opportunity" and follow up to ensure implementation of identified practice management needs at the practice level that wouldn't require a full year time commitment or the commitment to the perceived expense of a full year program.  Our unmatched success with almost 160+ practices participating in the year-long program has proven that the investment in the program pays for itself many times over within the first year but sometimes perceived expense gets in the way of action.  Unfortunate but true!

Although we strongly feel that it takes a year-long program to implement the changes necessary to get efficient and consistent business systems in place permanently, we also feel that we should offer a condensed program, on a limited basis,  so that practices looking for just enough help to smooth out operations and get to the next level have a performace proven organization they can turn to to get it, especially in these economic times.  Therefore, on a limited, 5 practice maximum basis, we are offering this program.

Our Condensed Version Program:

· Provides you with a totally accessible support person with over 27 years of business experience in marketing and office administration for the entire 90 days of the program.

Todd Holmes, who has actively managed Ace Goerig's practice in Olympia Washington, has 18 years of business experience in marketing and office administration with Hallmark Cards along with 10 + years of experience working with Endodontists in the US and Canada. He personally takes care of each and every client.

Todd is a credible Coach for the entire office. When he’s not working with offices in the Coaching Program and he is in Ace's office, he does what your front staff does: books appointments, calls insurance companies, discusses fees with patients, manages accounts receivable, checks patients in and out, ensures that the practice marketing program is developed and implemented, tracks practice performance and deals with the other daily issues that come up. In addition, he is responsible for managing the staff.

Based on his Endodontic office management experience, combined with his personal experience with over 160 + practices across the U.S. and Canada, including both multiple and single doctor practices, he knows how to quickly identify and eliminate inefficiencies in an Endodontic office. Identifying and correcting small inefficiencies in a practice can lead to dramatic increases in production and stress reduction. No other practice management organization can offer you a support person with this type of experience.

· Provides you with a thorough office analysis and an action plan, based on the analysis, for smooth implementation of the office management systems that we provide.

Todd Holmes visits your practice to observe your office on a working day, using this observation to complete a thorough practice analysis and to develop recommendations that will take your practice to the next level!  He reviews every aspect of your business, looking for irregularities.  He then meets with you to discuss his findings and conducts an on-site training session with you and your staff to address the changes that he recommends that you make and that you agree to. His analysis and recommendations will focus on every business system essential to making the practice run smoother ...... scheduling, verbal skills, customer service, marketing, collections, stress reduction, your profit and loss statement .... everything!

Following, his office visit, Todd follows up by phone with the staff and the doctor to track implementation and answer questions for a 90 day period.

· Provides you with a marketing program designed specifically for the Endodontic practice. The program works!

This program is a multi-layered program focusing on maintaining your current referrers and getting them to refer more, as well as expanding your referral base with GP’s that are currently not referring to you. Other firms out there would charge you close to $20,000 for a marketing program that isn’t as effective as this. Our marketing program is not an add-on. It's included!

· Provides you with a tailored scheduling template and the training for you and your staff to make it work, consistently!

Scheduling is a high priority on the list of things Endodontists want to improve for their practice. Inefficient scheduling causes stress and gets in the way of true efficiency, consistency and production. Todd takes the time during his office visit to help you build a scheduling template, customized to the way that you want to work and how you want to produce. He knows how to make the template work for you.

Don't let other practice management firms convince you that they have the know how to provide you with an Endodontic schedule that works if they are not Endodontists. You have to practice it to truly understand it and help others implement it!

We don’t just talk about scheduling verbal skills, office flow, proper delegation of tasks and maintaining doctor focus. We provide the tools in written form so they can be referred to when needed, and the ongoing support, from Todd for 90 days, to keep things on track. We also provide the training needed, at your office, immediately after the office assessment so that scheduling inefficiencies identified during the on-site analysis can be addressed and fixed quickly.

Our program includes comprehensive Office and Clinical Manuals. No need to write your own, if needed. Use ours and tweak them to fit your specific needs. We provide and help execute a collections module that has our office at virtually $0 over 90 days. We also provide a simplified reporting template that takes all of those cumbersome reports from your practice management system and recaps them on one page for you, as they protect you from the possibility of embezzlement.

· Allows you to produce more in less time, not by the doctor getting faster, or compromising treatment quality, but by the doctor getting more efficient.

If an Endodontist can keep their focus on the clinical side, and have all of the other business functions delegated and working together correctly, the result is improved efficiency and more production...in less time. The practice should be flowing around the doctor, not vice-versa.

We also include copies of The Ultimate Endodontic Business Seminar and The Ultimate Endodontic Scheduling System as part of the 90 day program.  Both of these written and audio CD programs are currently sold on this site at a package price of $999.

At the end of the 90 day Coaching period, if you feel that you have a need to continue with the program, and only if you feel you have the need, you will have the option to do so.  This option will not be pushed on you but the condensed program does provide you with the means to get a feel for our program without making a full year commitment.  Based on our experience with other practices, we know you will  see substantial improvement in your business systems over the 90 day period.  We can provide past participants for you to talk to to verify this.

If you have a genuine interest in the condensed version of our Coaching Program, we encourage you to act promptly.  Once the 5 office slots are taken, we can't accept additional offices this year due to commitments we already have to our year-long program.  We are restricting enrollment as we are committed to working with a limited number of offices in both of our programs so that we can provide them with the attention they deserve.  In our programs, you are not assigned a hired consultant who may or may not have actual endodontic practice experience.  Todd Holmes personally handles all aspects of the program.
