Todd is a credible Coach for the entire office.  When he’s not working with offices in the Coaching Program, he does what your front staff will do: books appointments, calls insurance companies, manages accounts receivable, checks patients in and out, ensures that our marketing program is developed and implemented, tracks daily performance and deals with the other daily issues that come up.  Based on his hands-on experience, both in and outside of the office with other practices, he is the foremost authority on Endodontic practice management in the country.

·        Provides you with all the necessary pre-opening tools and assistance that you need.

This includes a complete timeline of what needs to be done when as you prepare to open the practice.  Each activity is backed off from your projected opening date to make sure that you cross all the “T’s” and dot the “I”s”.  Additionally, tools and advice will be provided, as needed, for the following:

o       Working with Banks

    Get all that you are entitled to by knowing what questions to ask.

o       Developing a Business Plan

A business plan format will be provided so that you don’t have to invent one of your own.  This format is the one Ace used for successfully securing the loan for his practice.

o       Lease Advice

Before securing a good lease lawyer, know the basics such as what you are really being charged, what you should be charged and what length of lease you should be looking for.  Knowing the basics and getting the information from someone with experience will save you time and prevent you from possibly making a costly mistake.

o       Creating an Office Vision (Mission Statement)

Most Endodontists never do this, not realizing that it is the lifeblood of the office and serves as a tool to help make business decisions.  If you create this from the start, making the necessary ongoing decisions about your business will be much easier.

o       Staffing

     An effective newspaper Ad, as well as effective interviewing tools are provided.  We also actively interview potential candidates and provide perspective to help you in the decision making process.

·        Provides you with all of the business systems  and training that you need to launch the business and to run it properly, efficiently and profitably including:

o       A complete pre-opening and ongoing marketing program.

This material, as well as Todd's hands-on advice, walks you through the marketing process and includes initial written communications to use with potential referring offices, verbal skills for you to use as you speak with referring doctors and follow-up communication.  It also includes an outline for your practice open house.  You don’t have to create your pre-opening marketing program yourself, it’s already completed and it is proven.

The marketing program also includes a complete ongoing program to keep your practice top of mind with referring offices.  You would pay other practice management firms over $20,000 for a marketing program that isn’t as effective.

o       Training for you and your staff on how to create and manage an Endodontic schedule.

Todd Holmes visits your office twice during the first 12 months, once to initially train the staff and once to tweak things once you are up and running.  Every aspect of  Endodontic office management in addition to scheduling and creating the office flow around the schedule is covered and reinforced.  Having properly functioning business systems and managing the schedule from the start ensures that you are as efficient and productive as possible.  We take the time to ensure that every system in your office is functioning correctly......permanently!

Both an office and clinical manual are provided.  These manuals are based on those used in Dr. Goerig’s office and only need to be modified to fit your particular circumstances.  Having these manuals in the format provided will save you loads of time.

o       A complete and simple billing and collections program.

Your practice will be set up to maximize collections at time of service.  In cases where a balance is due from the patient after insurance has paid, our collection system will ensure that you will get the balance and will have total control of Accounts Receivable.

o       Simplified practice performance tracking tools.

Relying solely on your practice management system to provide practice performance numbers is dangerous.  Simplified tracking of key numbers as well as referrals will ensure that you can manage the practice from the top line and that you have a tool to protect you from embezzlement.
